Las Brisas I & II Apartments

Our cozy 1-bedroom apartments have been designed with your comfort and well-being in mind. Although they do not have air conditioning, we have opted for an efficient solution with a low environmental impact. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, together with the two exits to the outside of the apartment, ensure a pleasant circulation of air throughout the space.

In the living-dining room there is a well-equipped integrated kitchen (toaster, kettle, microwave, Italian coffee machine, blender...), 2-ring ceramic hob and a fridge under the worktop with a small freezer. The living room has a sofa-bed for two children, which means that this flat can accommodate up to four guests. There is also a 32-inch television with satellite connection.

The complete bathroom, which is bright and functional, has a bathtub with a shower screen. It also has a window, which allows for good ventilation and lighting.

The bedroom has either a double bed or two single beds. From the bedroom there is access to a back garden on the lower floors and from the upper floors there is access to a small balcony with an outdoor table.

Each apartment has a private terrace or balcony with an outdoor dining area surrounded by a large, fresh and pleasant garden with lawn, flowers and palm trees, where you can enjoy outdoor moments.
